Thank you for shopping at Bliss Unearth, we value you as a customer. In the Event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would like to assist you. Please carefully review all steps necessary to be eligible for your full refund.
The steps for a refund are as follows:
1.) Please send Us an email at (BeYou@BlissUnearth.com) with your order number, also stating your issue and/or the reason for your refund and the item that you would like to return.
2.) Bliss Unearth's staff members will respond to your email within 48 hours with a pre-paid shipping label. Print the label, package up return and drop off with your local USPS.
3.) Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-5 business days or sooner, and you will receive a confirmation email along with store credit.
4.) Any items that are sent back to us and do not meet the criteria of our return policy standards, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

All returned items must be returned within 7 days of its arrival and in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
